ArtCRelief project proposes a holistic approach for the cultivation of the entrepreneurial skills and competences of ACCPs and their preparation to follow new business models based on cooperation, innovation and digitalization.

ArtCRelief also adopts a highly interactive and engaging training approach; it will employ hands-on methods, in combination with user-friendly digital learning technologies and networking activities. The approach will be based on active, collaborative, experiential, reflective and transformational learning using project work, team work, design thinking, problem solving and other process-oriented, adult learning techniques, and will be integrated in an online environment.

The main impact for the ACCPs will be:
-increase their economic sustainability and be able to differentiate their revenue streams as well as rethink their cultural businesses;
-increase competencies and abilities on strategic leadership, business modelling, development and communication and entrepreneurship education;
-improve their knowledge, competences and skills on digital literacy and other relevant soft skills.
